Extended Day Ministries
Daycare is open on days that school is in session from 6:30a.m. to 6:00p.m.
Registration Fee/Family: $15.00
First Child Per Hour: $4.00
Each Additional Child/Hour: $1.00
Snack is provided for additional fee.
Daycare is provided all day for students enrolled in St. Susanna Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten and for all other students on half days, before and after school.
Children must be signed in and signed out. If students are not signed out you will be charged until 6:00p.m.
Please let the front office know if you are interested in volunteering in Extended Daycare.
School Hours
1st bell - 8:15a.m. - Students go to classrooms
Final bell - 8:20a.m.
* Students are tardy if they are NOT in their classrooms by the final bell.
Dismissal bell - 3:15p.m.
Pre-School and Pre-Kindergarten hours:
Morning session: 8:30a.m. to 11:00a.m. on days assigned
Afternoon session: 12:40p.m. to 3:15p.m. on days assigned
School Lunch Programs
All students including Extended Day Ministries may participate in the lunch program. Lunch includes main dish, vegetable and/or fruit and milk. Budget below is based on single portions.

Stewardship
In order to volunteer and/or participate in school-related activities you must attend and be current with VIRTUS training.
Miscellaneous Facts
Please note child's last name and payment purpose in memo section of all checks.
Please send in a note if your child will be leaving early, riding home with another student or staying for Extended Day Ministries.
Parents must follow drop-off and pick-up procedures as indicated.
PTP meetings are the third Wednesday of every month.

Scrip orders are placed bi-weekly on Mondays at 9am. Orders and payment must be in the school by that time or they will be held and placed the following order. Orders are delivered via backpack mail on Thursdays and Fridays, and can be picked up in the office on those days, or picked up after mass from the cash and carry table. There will be Scrip orders on Feb 8th, Feb 22nd, March 8th, March 22nd, April 5th, and April 19th.
